Finger Foods

As a guest, one of the most exciting parts of attending a wedding is getting to taste test all of the different food. (Sidenote: the food is behind your friend/family member getting married… but, it’s a close second). Instead of the typical buffet style or pre-selected meals, we’ve come up with some of our favorite finger foods.

Baked Mini Donuts

Donuts are not only “in” these days, but they are a great alternative to cupcakes. They are equally as delicious and are just as versatile. These are mini cake donuts with a maple glaze; just perfect for this fall weather we’ve been having.

Sweet Potato Soup with Applewood-Smoked Bacon

Eating soup can make for a messy endeavor. This alternative to a bowl and spoon is not only pretty, but also quite practical. You can opt for any soup of your choice, but we adore the tangerine color of the sweet potatoes.

Caprese on a Stick

These caprese beauties are so versatile: they cater to your vegetarian guests, your gluten-free guests, etc. They are also super easy to make and are DIY-friendly. Add a bit of garnish to your tomato and mozzarella combination and voila!

Clearly, finger foods are a great way to add some spunk to traditional wedding food. The possibilities are endless and clean-up is a breeze. Your guests can pick and choose what appeals to them; we guarantee that these little tasty treats will be a hit.
